Position Summary

Equinox is in search of Membership Sales Advisors for our cutting-edge facilities.

Membership Advisors play a crucial role in meeting or surpassing individual sales targets, membership renewals, and ancillary service objectives through strategic planning, in-club lead generation, and member referrals. Under the guidance of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Manager and a dedicated sales team, Advisors are expected to demonstrate knowledge of and engage with all club services, programs, and products. Most importantly, Advisors must possess the ability to cultivate rapport and enduring relationships with both prospective and existing members to establish a robust referral network and enhance member retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the sale of club memberships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Organize events and workshops to generate leads within the club
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and ancillary service targets
  • Engage in monthly planning activities, including strategic outreach for member referrals
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective and current members

  • Prior sales experience is preferred
