Essential Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance or sales is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to overcome reluctance in making calls.
- Willingness to engage in difficult conversations, address objections, and accommodate evening appointments.
- Successful candidates will be required to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health licenses through TDI upon contract.
