All Membership & Sales Specialists are committed to delivering an outstanding service experience to both new visitors and existing members. This role also involves driving revenue and membership sales. Team members must be well-versed in the FitLab value proposition, membership options, operational procedures, sales processes, and onboarding protocols for first-time visitors. Additionally, performance metrics, activity levels, and behavioral expectations will be managed according to the FitLab Handbook and Operations Training Manual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitating membership sales and promotional offers; adept at qualifying leads and identifying client needs.
  • Overseeing general studio operations and management during assigned shifts.
  • Creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere, enhancing customer engagement and hospitality.
  • Proactively managing sales leads at various stages; communicating with clients via text/email and scheduling classes.
  • Ensuring proper check-in for class attendees; adhering to company policies regarding cancellations, waitlists, and partnerships.
  • Educating new customers about class offerings and participation criteria.
  • Staying informed about current promotions and campaigns; effectively communicating features and benefits to enhance member understanding.
  • Executing daily operational tasks, including answering phones, managing voicemails, welcoming guests, processing member enrollments, handling laundry, managing locker issues, maintaining a tidy reception area, restocking supplies, managing inventory, processing payments, and capturing member photos.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in membership sales, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for a minimum of 4-5 shifts per week.
  • Must maintain a positive and enjoyable work atmosphere while upholding a strong work ethic.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, special events, early mornings, late evenings, and holidays as necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • A background check will be conducted for all final candidates upon receipt of the signed offer letter and release form.
