In collaboration with Nike, a leader in sports and fitness apparel, FitLab is introducing an innovative group fitness initiative designed to empower members to achieve their personal best with support from elite coaches, engaging workouts, and a vibrant community.

All Membership & Sales Specialists are committed to delivering outstanding service experiences to both new visitors and existing members. This role also involves generating revenue through membership sales. Team members are expected to comprehend the FitLab value proposition, membership options, operational requirements, sales processes, and onboarding procedures for first-time visitors. Furthermore, all personnel will be evaluated based on the performance, activity, and behavioral standards detailed in the FitLab Handbook and the Operations Training Manual.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitating membership sales and promotional offers; adept at qualifying leads and identifying client purchasing criteria.
  • Overseeing general studio operations and management during assigned shifts.
  • Creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, enhancing customer interaction and hospitality.
  • Proactively managing sales leads at various stages of the sales funnel; engaging clients via text/email and assisting with class bookings.
  • Ensuring proper check-in for class participants; adhering to company policies regarding cancellations, waitlists, and partnerships.
  • Promoting and informing new visitors about class offerings and participation prerequisites.
  • Staying informed about all promotions and campaigns; effectively communicating features and benefits to enhance member knowledge.
  • Executing daily studio operations, which include answering phones, responding to messages, greeting guests, processing member enrollments, managing laundry, handling locker issues, maintaining a tidy reception area, restocking supplies, managing inventory, processing payments, handling waivers, and taking member photos.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferred experience of 1+ years in membership and sales, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 4-5 shifts weekly.
  • Must possess a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, special events, early mornings, late evenings, and holidays as required.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of effectively resolving complaints.
  • A background check will be conducted on all final candidates upon receipt of the signed offer letter and release form.
