Sales Manager

Department: Sales

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will lead the sales team in analyzing current sales figures, developing effective sales strategies, and training the team on new methods. This role is responsible for hiring and training talented sales representatives to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost sales figures and drive business growth.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Manage sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the sales team.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent training and development skills to enhance sales representative performance.
  • Strong business acumen to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
