Job Description

RED Rochester LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, building relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
