As a Clinical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in promoting our core values and supporting community-based healthcare and integrated delivery systems through the sale of Mayo Medical Laboratories (MCL) tests.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Work closely with the CSR Director, Regional Director of Sales, and Regional Managers to project annual sales growth, market dynamics, and economic conditions.
  • Develop and implement business plans for territory/accounts, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Sell and promote MCL tests to clients, differentiating from competing interests and coordinating resources as needed.
  • Negotiate pricing, coordinate contract development and execution, and monitor price lock-in with regional managers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and three years of sales experience, preferably in the Hematology/Oncology market segment.
  • Excellent human relations, management, and communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a diverse environment, selling MCS services and providing direction to clients in a concise, sensitive, informative, and professional manner.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, with ability to travel extensively on all forms of major public transportation.
