Human Resources Coordinator

Tandym Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to our Human Resources department.

About the Opportunity
  • Work Schedule: Hybrid
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
Job Summary
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and maintaining filing systems to manage HR databases.
  • Conduct administrative tasks, including formatting reports, copying, scanning, filing, mailings, and faxing.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the HR department, including employee information and sensitive department and organization data.
  • Enter and update employee information in HR databases as directed.
  • Maintain and update HR forms and documents as directed.
  • Reconcile corporate card expenses and complete expense reports for approval and processing.
  • Retrieve and sort HR department mail and distribute to appropriate HR staff.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences for the HR department as requested.
Requirements
  • Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Adobe, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
