Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance and employee engagement matters
  • Support HR programs focused on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging
  • Oversee employee training and professional development initiatives
  • Assist in the administration of weekly payroll activities
  • Provide insights on company policies and operational practices
  • Keep abreast of employment legislation and regulations
  • Create communications for compliance initiatives
  • Update management on changes in laws and practices

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of organizational awareness
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
