About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and external partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales strategy and operations, or related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
