Sales Strategy and Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy and Operations Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales opportunities
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales strategy and operations, or related field
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
