**Job Overview**


We're seeking a reliable and skilled Service Leader to join our team at Chipotle. As a Service Leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. This includes:



• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner


• Ensuring that our food is prepared to high standards, maintaining a clean and safe work environment


• Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty


• Monitoring and managing crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules to ensure efficient operations


• Cross-training and developing our front-of-house team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service


• Maintaining a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication



**What You'll Need**


To be successful as a Service Leader at Chipotle, you'll need:



• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team


• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously


• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system


• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
