Position Overview:
Serco is seeking a Lead GEOINT Specialist to contribute to our mission at a key military installation.

This role involves providing critical support to our Department of Defense client as a vital member of the Serco team. The objective of the GEOINT Branch is to assist various military commands with high-quality geospatial intelligence.

This position requires the ability to maintain or transfer an active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.


As part of a collaborative team of 20-25 professionals, you will work closely with both the client and fellow Serco team members to deliver exceptional GEOINT products and services.

Our team specializes in comprehensive, full-spectrum GEOINT analysis and reporting in response to validated Requests for Information (RFIs) and internal support plans, utilizing a variety of intelligence reporting and Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) data.


In this role, you will leverage cutting-edge techniques and applications to conduct advanced GEOINT analysis, employing technologies such as Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR), Spectral, Polarimetric, Thermal, Panchromatic, and topographic data, along with the latest imagery data and analysis software.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct both literal and non-literal GEOINT analysis to produce detailed reports in a fast-paced environment.
2. Translate GEOINT requirements into precise requests for imagery or queries utilizing available imaging sensors or GEOINT databases.
3. Collaborate with colleagues to communicate mission objectives, challenges, and geospatial needs.
4. Download and process web-based data for analysis and report generation.
5. Deliver timely and relevant GEOINT analysis reports tailored to meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:
1. U.S. citizenship.
2. An active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility (TS/SCI).
3. A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with four years of relevant experience.
4. Expertise in GEOINT analytic tools such as SOCET GXP, GETS, and other intelligence community tools.
5. Practical knowledge of Structured Object Management (SOM).
6. Familiarity with Army GETS reporting and dissemination tools.
7. Understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) tools and databases.
8. Experience in Space/Counterspace operations.
9. Strong research and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
10. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring quality control in advanced imagery processing and analysis to address complex intelligence challenges, integrating GEOINT data with other intelligence disciplines, and demonstrating professionalism when interacting with senior command members and partner organizations.


Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
