Position Overview:


As a Lead Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you possess your EPA certification and have 3-5 years of experience in facility management or enhancing resident satisfaction through delivering top-tier service and executing essential maintenance tasks within your community.


Key Responsibilities:
Guide and mentor Service Technicians and Maintenance Technicians

Assume the duties of the Service Manager during their absence

Engage with residents to identify, diagnose, repair, and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliances, stairs, railings, gas fixtures, carpets, tiles, flooring, etc.

Address any hazardous conditions such as open holes, broken glass or gates, malfunctioning lights, etc., and promptly delegate tasks to ensure timely completion

Ensure asset protection by verifying that security systems like automatic doors and surveillance cameras are operational

Plan preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and confirm they are in optimal working order

Oversee inventory of supplies and spare parts to ensure work orders are fulfilled as requested

Participate in on-call shifts/schedules to assist with both resident and property emergencies

Compensation:
$27-32/hour.


Depending on the role offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible for a bonus program in addition to their base salary or hourly rate.

Paid time off is available for full-time corporate associates in accordance with the Flexible Time Off policy.
