About Us
i2i Workforce is at the forefront of integrating Court Liaisons within Colorado's judicial framework to support individuals in the criminal justice system who are facing mental health challenges. Our program's effectiveness has led to i2i Workforce being acknowledged as an independent entity within the Judicial Branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a versatile collaborator and innovative problem solver to connect individuals with necessary services.
  • Facilitate communication between the criminal justice and mental health sectors to enhance participant well-being.
  • Provide informed insights to courts and legal representatives regarding participant needs, available services, and progress updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 4 years of experience in criminal justice or mental health.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years of experience with i2i Workforce or equivalent experience along with additional training.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree and at least 6 years of experience in criminal justice or mental health.
  • Current licensure in Colorado and a demonstrated commitment to justice, equity, and diversity.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment

This position offers a flexible combination of remote work and regional/state travel, with an emphasis on delivering services within a designated Colorado area. Regular travel is expected, along with occasional visits to the main office. Reliable transportation is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting annual salary ranges from $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX, with potential for advancement. Comprehensive benefits include health insurance, life coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth.
