Senior Consultant, Radiopharmaceutical Sales Specialist – NPHS

The Radiopharmaceutical Sales Specialist is tasked with identifying opportunities, promoting, expanding, and sustaining product usage among targeted healthcare providers and administrators. The individual will enhance revenue and profitability of our unique technology to both new and existing clients. This is achieved through distinct product and service offerings. The specialist will collaborate closely with sales representatives, distribution partners, and directors within their designated regions. The incumbent is expected to acquire and uphold a comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities, the products they advocate, and the relevant medical conditions they address. The Radiopharmaceutical Sales Specialist may participate in various professional settings such as customer sales meetings, medical conferences, distributor gatherings, and internal corporate events. They will represent the organization professionally at all times and adhere to all legal and regulatory standards.
**The assigned territory includes multiple states across the western United States.*
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies at both account and territory levels. Cultivate effective, professional relationships within institutions with all key potential product users and purchasing decision-makers. Comprehend and adhere to all institutional policies regarding access and the introduction, education, evaluation, and application of new pharmaceutical products. Assume full responsibility for achieving the established product sales targets. Develop and implement a business development strategy for the territory that encompasses referring physician specialties, hospital/imaging centers, nuclear medicine departments, and authorized suppliers. Conduct all activities within the defined budget unless otherwise instructed. Maintain regular communication with the Director regarding progress, achievements, requirements, and significant observations related to the product, competitive offerings, and market trends. Ensure that only approved and up-to-date sales materials and messages are utilized. Foster productive relationships and activities with sales teams, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders. Be well-versed in and comply with all pharmacovigilance policies and procedures, ensuring prompt reporting of any product adverse events through the appropriate channels. Acquire, pass all assessments, and maintain a standard level of knowledge related to assigned job responsibilities, including product and medical condition expertise. Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. Proactively identify key issues and provide effective responses to business development opportunities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, health science, or a related field is highly preferred. Over 5 years of experience in healthcare sales within a highly regulated environment. Previous sales experience targeting physicians, clinical end-users, materials management, and C-suite executives is desired. Strong preference for experience in selling and leading teams in clinical, diagnostic, imaging, or laboratory products and/or services. Prior experience in Nuclear Medicine and Oncology is preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish productive long-term relationships at all organizational levels, including senior executives. Strong planning, forecasting, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential. A valid driver's license is required.
