Job Title: Growth Marketing Manager

Apple is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize engagement and retention strategies for Apple Services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance against meaningful metrics
  • Design and execute A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Develop and maintain operational briefs to ensure flawless execution of campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally for a media platform or a consumer subscription business
  • Strong project management capability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of A/B testing and data-driven optimization marketing
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Thorough understanding of integrating product, design, business, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
