Clinical Services Manager - RN Required

The Clinical Services Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring optimal quality outcomes, enhancing patient safety, and fostering improvements in patient-centered care.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the formulation, assessment, modification, and implementation of clinical policies and educational materials, including the training and oversight of clinical policies and procedures within the facility.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and Facility Administrator to proactively identify and establish facility-specific educational and outcome objectives, along with the implementation and monitoring of these goals to achieve desired results.
  • Oversee the examination and inquiry of risk incidents and engage in the corrective action planning and follow-up as required. This includes regular participation in quality assurance and quality improvement meetings to ensure proactive addressing of improvement areas.
  • Conduct facility audits as necessary or scheduled, providing support to Facility Administrators and Regional Directors, including educating on deficiencies and developing corrective action plans.
  • Identify specific training needs within the division/region and implement strategies to address these needs, which may involve providing continuing education and in-service training to enhance knowledge and meet regulatory and safety standards as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education aligned with RN licensure.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years (3 years preferred) of experience in Nephrology.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodologies and techniques is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of state and federal regulations and requirements.
  • Experience in adult education with the ability to convey technical/medical information in layman's terms.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the capability to create presentations and effectively utilize the internet.
  • Certification as CNN or CSN, or equivalent, within 2 years of employment.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an insurable driving record.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to travel is required.
