Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to team members

Requirements:

  • Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber license (requirements vary by state/province)
