We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Inspector to join our team at Trispoke managed services. As an Electronics Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of circuit card assemblies by visually inspecting solder and conformal coating in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use predetermined methods, inspection operations, and prescribed specifications to visually inspect solder and conformal coating of circuit card assemblies.
- Interpret drawings, diagrams, parts lists, IPC manuals, revision control, reference documents, and work instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality defects and ensure effective communication.
- Utilize various measuring devices, such as dial indicators, preset micrometers, and scales, to inspect circuit card assemblies.
- Ensure that all inspections are conducted in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience inspecting solder connections on surface mount and plated thru hole components, as well as coating of PWB's in accordance with IPC-A-610 & IPC-J-STD-001 requirements.
- Detail-oriented and proficient at interpreting technical documents.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Personal Computers.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of manufacturing.
- IPC-610 and J-STD experience required.
- Prior inspection experience required.
