HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

Job Summary:
Conducts a comprehensive range of waived, moderate, and high complexity testing while accurately reporting results.

Ensures the reliability and precision of test outcomes and communicates laboratory findings to the pathologist and other medical professionals promptly.

Must possess a thorough understanding of testing methodologies and the theoretical knowledge necessary to interpret results and resolve issues encountered during testing.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY

Required Education:
Associate degree (or equivalent) in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution.

Required Experience:
No prior experience required.

Required Certification/License/Registry:


Licensed by the Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 483 (Health Testing Services), Part I (Clinical Laboratory Personnel) with added specialties in clinical chemistry, and/or hematology, and/or microbiology, and/or serology.
