About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a skilled professional to join our Wealth and Investment Management team as a Registered Client Associate. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our Financial Advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist Financial Advisors with sales, service, and operational activities, including account management, research, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate client requests for account information, quotes, and scheduling appointments with Financial Advisors.
  • Establish and maintain client accounts, prepare forms, and research account inquiries and issues.
  • Perform various administrative tasks for Financial Advisors and Branch Management, including tracking referrals, coordinating marketing campaigns, and maintaining files.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in brokerage and client services, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • US only: Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 examinations (or recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Brokerage client support experience.
  • Administrative support experience in financial services.
  • Experience interacting directly with customers.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Client service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutions.
Job Expectations
  • US only: Obtaining and/or maintaining appropriate FINRA license(s) is required for ongoing employment in this position. Compliance with state law registration and licensing requirements is mandatory.

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
