Coldstream Capital Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding service to clients, anticipating their needs, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Serving as a Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and custodians/investment managers, managing client information and handling cashiering and money movement requests.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and organize client meetings, preparing meeting materials in advance and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Client Onboarding: Facilitate the new client onboarding process, including opening brokerage accounts, establishing cashiering needs, and setting up online reporting access.
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate client records and manage documentation with attention to detail, entering and maintaining client data and activity notes in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • Client Service Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance or business.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM systems and portfolio management software is a plus.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
