Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion, sales, and marketing of our cutting-edge technical products to clients in the healthcare and hospitality sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of how technical products can enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and regulatory compliance within these industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies targeting hospitals, clinics, hotels, and other hospitality institutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators, hotel managers, and IT departments to present product offerings and close sales deals.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our range of technical products, including software solutions, medical devices, automation systems, and hospitality management tools, through presentations, demos, and trade shows.
  • Market Research: Stay current on trends in the healthcare and hospitality sectors to identify market opportunities and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that align with industry-specific needs, including digital marketing, email campaigns, and targeted advertising.
  • Technical Expertise: Understand product specifications and technical aspects to effectively communicate product benefits and ROI to potential clients.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and analyze sales performance, market feedback, and customer satisfaction to refine sales approaches and meet sales targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical sales or marketing, ideally in the healthcare or hospitality sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and hospitality industry needs, especially in technology adoption.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the Washington, DC, area to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
