Job Title: Regional Technical Services Manager

Regal Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled Regional Technical Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical support and training to customers, staff, and external users of HVAC products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote and onsite diagnostic and troubleshooting support to customers on all HVAC products.
  • Assist with product start-ups and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Analyze customer training needs and develop targeted solutions to improve product knowledge and proficiency.
  • Deliver technical training sessions, creating engaging and informative content to enhance customer understanding.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HVAC or a related technical discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on technical support and training.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% locally and regionally, with occasional overnight stays.
