As a trusted advisor to customers, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving financial commitments in the territory. This role requires a deep understanding of the clinical environment to identify and solve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve goals across assigned product categories
- Develop effective sales strategies to support revenue growth opportunities
- Lead territory opportunity development and translate activities into accurate sales projections
- Utilize sales tools to address trends, create call strategies, and manage business plans
- Master all products and applications by demonstrating ongoing competency
- Coordinate with field sales and clinical teams to achieve sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities and convert accounts from competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of outside sales success
- Medical Device industry experience preferred
- Experience developing key hospital decision-makers
- Valid Driver's License
Compensation and Benefits:
Anticipated pay range: $140,400 - $169,335 (includes targeted variable pay)
Bonus eligible: Yes
