Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Domino's Franchise, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing customer orders and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including equipment and facilities.
  • Receiving and processing inventory, including stocking ingredients and completing associated paperwork.
  • Preparing products to Domino's specifications and guidelines.
  • Operating a cash register and handling customer transactions accurately.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions:

The Customer Service Representative will work in a fast-paced store environment, with frequent customer interactions and exposure to food preparation and handling. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting, and bending, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
