Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and selling additional services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell additional services to our customers, including residential pest control services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, as set by leadership.
  • Partner with internal teams, including sales and service professionals, to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Continuously meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience required, but a strong customer service background is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen.
  • Bilingual (Spanish speaker) preferred.
