Sales Associate Job Posting

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers to ensure a pleasant shopping experience, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the store layout and various departments and services offered.
  • Contribute to achieving Ace's Pinnacle status and meet performance metrics set by management.
  • Utilize communication tools effectively to enhance team efficiency in serving customers.
  • Serve as a representative of the store, setting a positive example for colleagues.
  • Foster a clean, safe, and professional environment.
  • Respond to associate radio pages and customer inquiries swiftly and courteously.
  • Employ available resources to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Engage in learning opportunities and training as suggested by management.
  • Stay aligned with daily operational goals and plans established by store management.
  • Be aware of store promotions and advertisements, and promote the Ace Rewards Program.
  • Assist with the receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise within the store.
  • Maintain honesty and open communication with customers, associates, and management.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system as needed to serve customers effectively.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
  • A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in teams and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age due to potential use of power equipment and store hours.

  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
