Job Title: Territory Sales Manager
Job Summary: Brock11 is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Chicago and Indiana market. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with contractors and distributors to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and distributors
- Provide product knowledge and training to customers and partners
- Attend and participate in industry events and trade shows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement sales plans to drive growth and profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the construction or industrial industry
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office suite
