Southwest Territory Sales Manager

Controlled Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Southwest Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Southwest Territory, including Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, and Arizona.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and research prospective customers to develop new business opportunities
- Source leads through phone prospecting, email, in-person meetings, and professional networking
- Effectively manage a healthy pipeline to convert leads into landed accounts
- Collaborate with third-party sales representatives to coordinate sales calls and set appointments
- Develop a deep understanding of our business model and what constitutes a good customer opportunity
- Assist with marketing activities to support sales efforts
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Enter and follow up on customer orders
- Design and execute a business development strategy for each account to drive continuous growth
- Participate in industry events and tradeshows as needed
- 3-5 years of proven sales success
- Highly self-sufficient with excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel within the territory and occasionally to our Indianapolis HQ
- Industry experience is a plus
- Technically inclined with a good understanding of ERP and CRM systems
