Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Executive to join our commercial sales team in Indianapolis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients and promoting and selling the company's restoration services within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and potential commercial clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various strategies.
  • Educate clients on the company's restoration services and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals, striving to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows for networking and lead generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration or a related industry.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
