At FD Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to ensure revenue growth.
- Value-Based Selling: Effectively manage complex sales cycles using value-based selling techniques.
- C-Suite Access: Build relationships with C-suite executives to extend our footprint.
- Cold Calling: Develop new business opportunities through outbound sales calls.
- Closing New Business: Close new business opportunities presented by our lead generation team.
- Prospecting: Identify new contacts at leading institutions across various verticals.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to existing customers.
- Bid Process: Own the bid process, responding to client RFI/RFPs to optimize sale value and chances of client acceptance.
- Reporting: Provide detailed activity reports to senior management.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver high customer satisfaction through project deliveries and issue resolution.
- Contract Renewal: Facilitate timely renewal of existing customer contracts for optimal value.
- Product Strategies: Contribute to software product strategies to enhance product opportunity and marketability.
- Competitive Intel: Provide feedback on competitive intel and market landscapes.
