As a Regional Sales Representative, you will serve as the primary interface for our valued customers, building and maintaining effective long-term relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships with existing corporate accounts within a regional territory spanning 2-3 states.
- Create demand for our products and services by working with National and Regional accounts.
- Build and maintain sales territory of smaller accounts, focusing on sales and customer relationships.
- Conduct regular status and strategy meetings with customers to understand their needs and link them to our product/service strategies.
- Coordinate sales forecasts with internal teams and manage co-op accruals.
- Set up new customers in our systems and create new products to sell to existing and new customers.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience.
- Intermediate skill level in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 3 days per week in the regional territory.
- A fully commissioned position with additional incentive compensation.
- A first-year guarantee of $100,000 with the potential to earn more.
- Bonus-eligible.
