Job Summary

The Corporate Receptionist is the professional and energetic first impression of the company's corporate reception desk and office. The ideal candidate will perform reception and administrative duties, and provide organizational support for multiple departments in the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reception Duties: Greet and professionally screen incoming visitors, promptly notify appropriate personnel of their arrival, and manage visitors' flow.
  • Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties that support corporate operations, including receiving, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and inventorying and stocking office supplies.
  • Communication: Promptly and professionally answer all phone calls, take accurate messages, screen and direct calls to the appropriate department on a multi-line phone system.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized office calendar, schedule meetings and appointments as needed, and retrieve nightly voice mail and direct it to appropriate personnel during the following business day.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of receptionist/administrative support experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and self-manageable, enthusiastic, entry-level MS Office experience.
