Sales Order Coordinator Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at LGC Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient order processing.

About the Role:

  • Manage and respond to customer service inquiries in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Enter sales orders into QuickBooks via email and phone.
  • Back-up person for customer relations phone and email.
  • Communicate effectively with customers/distributors regarding product availability, delivery, and order status.
  • Assist in shipping of product when needed.
  • Complete assigned projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred but will train.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Proficient in Excel.
