We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Lead Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

You will implement SOPs, conduct site audits, and represent the company at customer locations. To be successful in this position, you will need to possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent analytical abilities.

Base Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual incentive plan bonus and comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare and employee benefits.
