We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team. This is a 3-month contract position based in Cambridge, MA, with a competitive hourly rate of $26.00.

About the Role

This role will involve managing administrative systems, handling general office duties, and maintaining records and reports. The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects, events, or programs independently and be proficient in common office software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Create and implement administrative systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for students, staff, and academic partners, effectively fielding questions and sharing information through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Office Administration: Manage Outlook email and calendars, handle general office duties, and maintain records and budget plans.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A background working in a college environment, with familiarity with academic collaboration and managing inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and complete work with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in common office software, including Outlook and other Microsoft tools.
