Overview:
Acts as a liaison for Baptist Health, connecting with healthcare providers, businesses, and community entities across the state.

Tasked with expanding referral networks while fostering strong relationships and loyalty among referring healthcare professionals, as well as attracting new business from those not currently engaging with Baptist Health.

Collaborates effectively with the marketing director, senior leadership, and service line managers to cultivate new business opportunities and sustain existing partnerships.

Works in conjunction with administration and personnel at all Baptist Health hospital/system locations. Conducts presentations to prospective clients. Gathers market insights and identifies challenges that hinder referrals and business growth.

Additional Information:
A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in Marketing or a healthcare-related discipline. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, and marketing, ideally within a healthcare context, is preferred. Must exhibit clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential. Familiarity with the sales and healthcare business landscape is necessary.

Should possess a professional demeanor, be highly self-driven, and demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Must be able to operate a vehicle and travel as needed. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in accordance with established policies is essential.

This position is authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
