Healthcare Customer Support Specialist Job Description:

Overview:
- Oversee customer interactions and manage database operations.

Respond to inquiries from patients seeking medical assistance or information regarding Baptist Health and affiliated healthcare facilities.

Coordinate appointment scheduling, manage referrals, and advocate for Baptist Health services while ensuring patient confidentiality and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Skilled in computer applications and database management.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Capacity to prioritize tasks, handle multiple responsibilities, and work effectively.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Avaya Multi-line Telecommunications, Care Enhanced Contact Center software, EPIC, Cybersource, Groupwise Email/Internet, PC, Fax, and Copier.

Hours: 72.00 bi-weekly.
