Media Analytics Manager

Position Summary:
The Manager of Media Analytics & Insights plays a crucial role in driving insights and strategic thought leadership. This position is primarily responsible for delivering analytics-driven strategic insights that support the formulation of media and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Associate Media Director to design and implement analytical strategies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Conduct hands-on analysis to support outcomes, including the formulation of conclusions and actionable implications.
- Oversee and mentor a team of Analysts, fostering their professional growth.
- Guide Analysts in performing continuous analysis to ensure timely adjustments and optimizations of campaigns.
- Develop and maintain structured reporting systems, preferably SQL-based.
- Interpret dashboards and provide recommendations based on Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) findings or other statistical evaluations to inform media planning and buying decisions.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders daily to plan, execute, and analyze various projects.
- Assist in the agency's new business initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics within marketing sciences at a media agency, market research firm, consulting company, or in-house at a brand.
- Proficient knowledge of databases and SQL is preferred.
- Familiarity with media and website measurement technologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, PowerBI) is desirable.
- Educational background in quantitative fields such as Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, or Quantitative Marketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret raw data, derive conclusions, and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Experience in analyzing extensive data sets.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Proven ability to convey complex technical concepts to a diverse stakeholder audience.
Additional Information:
This role is hybrid, requiring three days in the office each week. If selected for an interview, specifics will be discussed, including any necessary accommodations.
Compensation Range: $81,500-$128,000 annually. This range reflects the Company's belief regarding compensation for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the position's requirements. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Benefits include medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, and 401k.
