Job Title: Front Office Manager/Accounting

Remington is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Front Office Manager/Accounting. This role is responsible for leading the front office operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the front office team, ensuring high levels of service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including managing staff, handling guest interactions, and ensuring accurate accounting practices.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in hospitality management, preferably with experience in front office operations.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in hotel operating systems, including OnQ, iBuy, ADP, Microsoft, and Delphi.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $72,000 per annum, plus benefits and ongoing training opportunities.
