About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Remington team as a Front Office Manager/Accounting professional. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, managing front office operations, and overseeing accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, responding promptly to their needs.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and schedule front desk agents, supervisors, and other front office staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints, finding creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Accurately manage the MICROS system, handle daily transactions, and assist with accounting responsibilities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage on-property invoices, POs, payroll timekeeping, and PTO requests.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Scheduling Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including hotel operating systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
