Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Manager/Accounting professional to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front office operations, and overseeing accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining positive relations at all times. Greet and communicate professionally with guests, checking them in and out promptly.
  • Team Management: Ensure proper staffing levels, supervise, train, and schedule front desk agents, supervisors, and other front office staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve guest complaints, investigating situations and finding creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Operations: Accurately manage the MICROS system, handle daily transactions, and assist with accounting responsibilities.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage on-property invoices, POs, payroll timekeeping, and PTO requests.

  • Scheduling: May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus and maintain attention to tasks, completing assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.
  • Team Player: Enjoy working as part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests.
  • Adaptability: Open to learning and working in a multi-roll capacity.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills required for success.
  • Computer Skills: Required computer skills, with hotel operating systems such as OnQ, iBuy, ADP, Microsoft, and Delphi preferred.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
