Accounting and Guest Services Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Front Office Manager/Accounting professional to join our Remington team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, managing front office operations, and overseeing accounting tasks.
Responsibilities- Guest Service: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining positive relationships at all times.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule front desk agents, supervisors, and other front office staff.
- Financial Management: Accurately manage the MICROS system, handle daily transactions, and assist with accounting responsibilities.
- Administrative Support: Manage on-property invoices, POs, payroll timekeeping, and PTO requests.
- Work Ethic: High work ethic, self-initiative, and independent judgment.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Willingness to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including hotel operating systems.
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
