Job Title: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. As an Administrative Assistant at National Corporate Housing, you will play a vital role in supporting our market operations in Washington, DC. Your primary responsibilities will include auditing property and guest ledgers, assisting the General Manager with posting payments, and executing property leases from initiation to completion/renewal.

You will work closely with properties to obtain renewals offers, deliver notice to vacates, and build strong partnerships/relationships with properties. In addition, you will be responsible for evaluating opportunities, issues, and trends to make improvements impacting Market efficiency and guest experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 1-3 years of hospitality or hotel customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent organizational skills. You should also be able to operate general office equipment and have experience with reservation systems/data entry. We offer a competitive compensation package of $25.00 - $28.00 per hour, health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K plan, paid time off, and wellness program.
