Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Banquet Event Coordinator to join our team at PM Hotel Group. This role is responsible for setting up, cleaning, and taking down banquets to ensure every event is a success and meets our guests' needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up all banquets to the specifications of the guest, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment.
  • Break down and clean up banquets at the conclusion of the event, ensuring that all areas are spotless and ready for the next event.
  • Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glasses and fresh water, as well as restock necessary items such as paper products and condiments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least one month of related experience in a hospitality or banquet setting.
  • A passion for customer service and the ability to work with others seamlessly.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and walk, bend, and twist as needed.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Range

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience
