Job Summary

Yoh is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advocate to join our team in a remote setting. As a Customer Care Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and providers, educating and supporting them through the device wear process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment, and provide information to external and internal customers and accounts.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients, and internal teammates.
  • Compliance and Quality: Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, patients, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Customer Relationship Management software is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Patient and customer-focused with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change, handle a fast-paced growth company environment, and multitask effectively.
  • Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient satisfaction.
