About Fuel Cells and Stationary Catalysts

Your Responsibilities

Technical Service Engineering
  • Implement and oversee engineering and design tasks both on-site and off-site, ensuring adherence to contract specifications and quality standards, while meeting project timelines.
  • Conduct engineering projects at client sites, including design, cost estimation, testing, and implementation.
  • Adapt equipment standards to integrate new engineering designs and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the global sales team during the proposal phase to ensure timely delivery.
  • Engage with clients and sub-suppliers to nurture client relationships.
Technical Sales Management
  • Prepare the technical and commercial aspects of engineering service proposals.
  • Evaluate customer operational processes to identify optimal solutions for their engineering needs.
  • Research and create technical documentation and presentations, representing the company at client meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Lead the review of customer terms and conditions, collaborating with Regional Directors and legal teams to ensure contracts align with best practices.
Direct Sales and Customer Development
  • Oversee and implement catalyst replacement projects requiring advanced technical expertise in mechanical engineering and construction.
  • Organize and conduct client visits, delivering technical presentations and prioritizing follow-ups to enhance market presence.
  • Provide industry-specific technical knowledge to resolve emissions reduction challenges.
  • Grow and develop the client base as a recognized subject matter expert.
After Sales/Service Management
  • Diagnose and resolve engineering and product-related challenges.
  • Support root-cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts in after-sales service for clients.
  • Conduct on-site and off-site inspections, strengthening client relationships through direct engagement.
  • Assist the Product Manager in reviewing and refining sample test reports, ensuring accurate communication of laboratory results to all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile

Education and Experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of project engineering experience in the Chemical Industry, with a focus on Engineering Sales and/or Project Management.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
