About the Role

This is an in-person hospitality role, requiring a strong presence on-site 5 days a week. Candidates must reside within a convenient commute of Houston, TX, with our compensation package including generous commuter benefits to support this requirement.

As a Member Experience Manager, you will be the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for our members. You will be responsible for organizing all details and communications to ensure a smooth operation, leveraging your business acumen to drive results. Your drive and enthusiasm will make you an excellent representative of Industrious in your local market, actively identifying potential members and delivering exceptional experiences.

What We Offer

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000, with the successful candidate's actual base compensation based on a variety of factors, including work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications. You will also be eligible for up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay.

Our total compensation package includes heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, company stock options, wellness programs, professional development grants, and a 401k plan, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies.
