FleetPride is a leading distributor of heavy-duty truck and trailer parts in the U.S., with a team of experts dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with organizing equipment services and repairs, and scheduling technicians to cover workload demands.
  • Work with a team of fleet service technicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and update fleet service coordinators and service writers on the status of work completed.
  • Adhere to safety policies and company procedures regarding work habits and driving behavior.
  • Process technician repair orders for billing in a timely manner.
  • Support sales team with outside revenue opportunities and follow up with customers to locate additional service and repair opportunities.
  • Build technician schedules for work daily and prepare equipment repair estimates as needed.
  • Respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner and complete required paperwork on time.
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours coverage as needed and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and support the fast-paced demands of our business.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong work ethic and drive to achieve established goals, with a focus on supporting sales initiatives to achieve target goals and growth objectives.
